Pricing

Our pricing is based on a flat fee. Overage allowances per HUD guidelines will be requested in advance

Initial Lawn Service:
$150 for up to 10,000 sq. ft. lot
add an additional $50.00 for each 10,000 sq. ft.

Perodic Lawn Service (if assigned bi-weekly):
$50 for up to 10,000 sq. ft. lot
add an additional $25.00 for each 10,000 sq. ft.

Debris removal (Inside of House)
$500 Homes less than 1,500 sq. ft.

Debris that will require an overage allowance request are automobiles, animals, automobile batteries and tires, yard debris and refrigarators.

Final Cleaning:
$150 for less than 2,500 sq. ft.

Rekeying:
$75 for two deadbolts ,one knob, one hole cover and two keys. All new locks installed are keyed to the same code as requested.
Includes a Shurlok Lock Box (Either letters or Numbers)
No Trespassing Notices in Windows

$25 BPO Photos (Subject only)
$50 Interior Photos(Subject only)
$2.50 Exterior Photo of each additional Comp
